Grounds for Permanent Closure

If an account is closed, cv9990 will decide whether to return any valid balance following an investigation. Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. Members may also voluntarily request a temporary or permanent account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.
